Mk 1 : Intra-ship - video
So. Who the hell do I talk to around here about getting a job in the...uh. Engineering section.
Because they wear spiffy yellow shirts. Which is kind of my color. Mostly. I usually prefer some red splashed in there, but I'll forego the highlights if I can get the job.
Bee-Tee-Dubs, yes I blew out the lights on Deck 4 two days ago. No, it wasn't my fault, I swear. Hot Forehead Chick distracted me. And also she had some weird taser thing, I'm still not 100% convinced she didn't blow out the deck just to prove me wrong.

I have no sympathy for anybody who can't be bothered to learn a new skill-set because it's different from their current skill-set.
If you want, I'll program you a Typing Adventure game. It'll have bleeping music and flashing graphics. For newbies.

...Civility is not something that costs you time or money. The effort you use to insult me could be easily turned to more productive ends. I am aware that I am behind the times and a bit out of date, that has never not been the case. That does not mean you are any less rude for jeering at it.

I'm encouraging you to learn something new. Everybody should do it at least once a week.

There is quite enough 'new' here to last me twenty years. Starting with those 'replicators' though they do not do a very good job of it.

Excuse me, but since when is telling you to learn a new skill an insult? I mean, I'm genuinely curious. See, if I was insulting you, I'd say something like 'You're obviously not smart enough to learn this new skill,' but I didn't. I even offered to help you.
Methinks the lady doth get butthurt too much.

[ She points at him on the screen, even though he cannot see her. ]
You may yet make amends, but the opportunity to do so is rapidly diminishing.

Fine. I'm sorry I encouraged you to push button learn a thing.
